Placing an Order

Stage 1: Checkout Method

If you've shopped with us before just use your registered email address and password to log into your personal details. If you're having any problems with your password click here

If you're a new customer please create an account, following the simple instructions at this stage of the process. You can proceed as a guest if you wish.

Stage 2: Billing / Shipping Information

Please select which address you wish to use for invoicing and delivery. 

Stage 3: Shipping Method

At this stage the postage options will appear specific to your country of delivery. Please choose the option which best suits your requirements. 

Stage 4: Payment Information

You can now choose your payment type: PayPal or bank transfer (HK only).

Stage 5: Order Review

This stage of the ordering process gives you the opportunity to review your order and edit delivery details and payment type. Once you place your order a new screen will appear confirming your order has successfully completed. On this screen will be an Order ID; please print this screen for your own records and use this ID should you need to contact us about the order.

We will send you an email as confirmation of the order details to your registered email address and will send another email when the order has been shipped.

 


Returning an item

If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days of purchase, and as long as the item isn't fitted or used and the original packaging is intact and unmarked, we would be more than happy to receive it back for a refund.

The goods must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories and original unmarked packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. We advise that you insure and register your return package. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.

NOTE: Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the item first. Please ensure you mark your parcel, 'RETURNED GOODS'.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at help@chilicycles.com.

If your purchase isn't everything you expected it to be and you wish to exchange an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one to us for a full refund.

You must pay for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Standard Parcel postage costs.
